Refund and cancellation
Interim notice, version 0.11, 18 Oct 2026, pending FORE's final text
This notice describes how the website works today. FORE is preparing the final text; when it is approved it will replace this page, and the version and date above will change.
These are interim terms. FORE will publish its final refund and cancellation policy; until then, the terms below apply.
No real payments yet
At present, checkout runs in test mode and no real payment is taken.
PDF reports and memberships
PDF reports and memberships are digital and are made available as soon as payment is confirmed. Prices include GST.
If you were charged but did not receive the report or membership, were charged twice, or have another problem with a purchase, write to us within 7 days of the payment through the contact form. Give your order reference (it starts with FSVS-O-) and the email or mobile number on your account.
Refunds are decided by FORE, case by case. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Cancelling a membership
A membership does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: it ends at the close of the month or year you paid for.
The programme fee
The programme fee is paid only after an offer of admission is made. Its refund and cancellation terms will be set out in the offer and in FORE’s final policy.
