Ketu
केतु
The Moon's descending node, always opposite Rāhu.
Definition
Ketu is the descending lunar node, always 180° from Rāhu; like Rāhu it is a chāyā graha without a body. The texts associate it with detachment, mokṣa and sudden separation. It is the first lord in the Vimśottarī sequence, ruling Aśvinī, Maghā and Mūla, with a daśā of seven years.
