Āpoklima

The āpoklimas are the third, sixth, ninth and twelfth houses; the word is the Greek apoklima, 'declining'. With the kendras and paṇapharas they complete a threefold division of the twelve houses found in Bṛhajjātaka and later texts, where grahas in āpoklimas are counted as less prominent.
