Daśāṃśa

The daśāṃśa divides each sign into ten parts of 3° each. In BPHS the count starts from the sign itself for odd signs and from the ninth sign for even signs, and the chart is read for the themes of the tenth house: action, profession and standing. It belongs to the ṣoḍaśavarga, the sixteen divisional charts of BPHS.
