Yuti

Yuti (also yoga or saṃyoga) is the conjunction of grahas, traditionally reckoned as occupancy of the same rasi, with closeness in degrees counted as stronger in many treatments. When two of the five tārā grahas (Mars to Saturn) come within one degree, the texts call it graha-yuddha, planetary war. Many named yogas and doshas, such as Budhāditya and Guru-Cāṇḍāla, are defined by a yuti.
