Tulā

Tulā (Libra, 'the balance') is the seventh rasi, 180°–210° of the sidereal zodiac. It is a movable, airy, odd sign ruled by Venus, whose mūlatrikoṇa lies in its first fifteen degrees; Saturn is exalted here and the Sun debilitated. It stands opposite Meṣa and corresponds to the lower abdomen in the kālapuruṣa scheme.
